When Quaker Oats and their agency of record, Energy BBDO/Chicago came to us with a long-shot 7-figure RFP, we knew we had to hit it out of the park in order to win the business.

SITUATION – Quaker’s RFP required a big idea that leveraged their “Everyday Adventure” concept in new ways that would engage existing and prospective customers interactively and socially. Awareness and conversions were primary drivers.

ACTION – Turn around time for the RFP was extremely quick. After conducting accelerated needs analysis and market research, our idea was to create a destination game hub featuring a series of mini-games that were fun to play and tied in conceptually with the ways many customers, mainly families, used Quaker products throughout their day.

RESULT – An aggressive schedule meant we launched the main Game Hub with an initial subset of mini-games and then phased deployments over time. This kept interest high and prompted massive return visits. We exceeded all requested KPI’s by a healthy margin and the campaign was a huge success
